Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking a Plumbing Designer in Peachtree Corners, GA to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of MEP plumbing experience and be proficient in Revit/BIM, with certification a plus.

You will contribute to projects across federal, municipal, commercial, and industrial sectors and advance through concept to construction documentation. This role offers an opportunity to grow professionally within a collaborative, team-oriented

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plumbing experience in a MEP environment.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM.
• EIT or PE certification is a plus.
• Managerial experience and ability to mentor junior team members is a plus.
• Familiarity with UFC and its implementation in federal and DoD/state projects is a plus.
• Experience developing detailed specifications using CSI or SpecsIntact software is a plus.
• Knowledge of domestic water, storm, sanitary, and venting system design is a plus.
• Experience in construction cost estimating and life cycle cost analysis is a plus.
