Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Plumber II to lead plumbing projects, install and maintain systems, and supervise junior plumbers on site in Mobile, AL. You will read blueprints, estimate materials and labor, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, a high school diploma, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plumbing projects of varying complexity.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members about requirements and timelines.
• Supervise plumbing teams including apprentices and helpers.
• Conduct inspections and diagnose plumbing system issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Keep detailed records of work and progress.
• Train and mentor plumbing teams.
