• Read blueprints and interpret specifications for each job.
• Manage materials to ensure timely completion and optimal consumption.
• Plan work to maximize manpower and resources.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance to contract and specifications.
• Attend jobsite and office meetings related to projects.
• Serve as coach/mentor to junior staff to develop skills.
