Job summary

Cardinal Civil Resources seeks a Senior PLS to lead surveying projects in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. You will manage budgets, schedules, field operations, and team performance, while ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction across multiple project types.

The role requires senior-level surveying experience and licensure, with the ability to mentor staff and coordinate with engineers. As CCR grows, you will drive business development, proposal preparation, and quality control for all

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum four years land surveying experience, two in senior management.
• Professional Surveying License SC (NC in addition preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of project budgets, estimates, cost control, and schedules.
• Manage surveying department staff and schedules.
• Prepare client invoices, deliverables, and project-related correspondence.
• Schedule fieldwork, office work, and project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Sign and seal survey documents.
• Provide technical direction to surveying staff regarding field/office conflicts.
