Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in good standing.
• 10+ years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in Carlson and Civil 3D drafting software.
• Experience with record mapping, stakeout, topographic surveys, subdivisions, and 3D surface modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage surveying projects, office operations, and project deliverables.
• Prepare and review record maps, as-builts, topographic surveys, and subdivision plans.
• Develop 3D surface models and prepare data for earthwork quantity calculations.
• Perform construction stakeout calculations and coordinate field surveying activities.
• Utilize surveying equipment and software, including Carlson, Civil 3D, TDS, robotic instruments, and GPS/RTK systems.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of survey documentation.
