Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead surveying projects in Columbia, SC, and bring licensed expertise to a growing South Carolina market.

The successful candidate will hold a SC PLS license, a Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field, and have hands-on experience with boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys. You will oversee field and office work and interact directly with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in South Carolina.
• Professional experience performing land surveying.
• Strong knowledge of boundary surveying principles and practices.
• Experience interpreting deeds, plats, easements, and property records.
• Ability to oversee field and office surveying operations.
• Strong technical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact directly with clients.
