Randstad USA is seeking a PLM Development Engineer to lead implementations and maintain PLM solutions with Windchill/Creo CAD integration. The role is fully remote with global collaboration and a focus on enterprise systems across business areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in PLM (Windchill preferred).
• Experience developing and implementing PLM solutions.
• Windchill solutions with CAD (Creo) experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the overall PLM solutions and integration.
• Lead PLM Implementations in different Business Areas.
• Support region-specific requests and resolve incidents in PLM and CAD environment.
• Engage and drive PLM project initiatives/strategy for local/global teams.
• Coordinate training/webinars utilizing PDMLink knowledge for users.
