Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a PLM Development Engineer to lead implementations and maintain PLM solutions with Windchill/Creo CAD integration. The role is fully remote with global collaboration and a focus on enterprise systems across business areas.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5+ years in PLM, and hands-on Windchill expertise. This permanent direct-hire opportunity offers standard benefits and a 8am–4pm schedule.

Qualifications

Job Summary

PLM Development Engineer at a leading industrial manufacturing and services company. As part of the PLM team, the Development solutions team is accountable for developing and maintaining the overall PLM solutions and integration to key Enterprise systems. The individual will lead PLM Implementations in different Business Areas.

Based REMOTE.

This is a direct hire job opportunity. Bonus eligible.

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job type: Permanent

Salary: $115,000 - 125,000 per year

Work hours: 8am to 4pm

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Accountable for developing and maintaining the overall PLM solutions and integration
• Lead PLM Implementations in different Business Areas
• Support both region specific requests and solve incidents in PLM and CAD environment
• Engage and drive PLM project initiatives/strategy for local/global teams
• Coordinate training/webinar and specific training utilizing the in-depth knowledge of PDMLink to the user community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical, Electronics or Computers)
• Must have at least 5+ years relevant work experience in PLM (preferably Windchill)
• Experience developing and implementing PLM solutions
• Experience of defining and implementing Windchill solutions with CAD (preferably Creo)
• Knowledge of CAD integration with Windchill
