This role blends strategic architectural thinking with hands-on technical leadership to ensure robust, scalable implementations that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Windchill PLM development and project leadership.
• Deep expertise in PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging.
• Hands-on with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design.
• Familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience managing remote teams delivering scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across modules.
• Manage configuration, customization, and integration activities to meet client-specific needs.
• Oversee data migration and transformation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
