Job summary

Specialized Bicycle Components in California seeks a Senior Manager – PLM Platform, Data & Integrations to lead PLM modernization, strengthen the PLM data foundation, and enable AI and analytics for product development.

You will partner with the Director of PLM Technology to execute strategy, architecture, and roadmaps, build a scalable data model, govern PLM data, and drive automation across PLM, CAD, and BOM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years experience in PLM platforms, data, or lifecycle management.
• 5+ years leading technical or cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in PLM data quality, governance, and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM future-state architecture and modernization roadmap.
• Establish a strong PLM data foundation for scale and AI readiness.
• Reduce manual PLM effort through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Validate next-generation PLM, CAD, and data capabilities through pilots and POCs.
• Lead a global PLM platform, data, and integration team.
• Set goals, execution plans, and delivery expectations.
