Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant in the Strategic Design & Consulting group to help global industrial clients define and execute Digital Thread transformations connecting engineering, manufacturing, service, and operations across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 15+ years of consulting and transformation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, MES, ALM, and Digital Twin ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-level and VP stakeholders on Digital Thread strategy and value realization.
• Lead executive workshops, maturity assessments, and roadmaps.
• Define operating models and governance for transformation programs.
• Develop business cases and enable enterprise-wide Digital Thread adoption.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice growth.
