Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a strategic PLM Business & Systems Analyst to bridge product development teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain) with IT. You will translate complex business needs into BRDs/FRDs and define cross-system workflows across PLM and SAP.

The role emphasizes data governance, ETL mapping, system validation (21 CFR Part 11), and driving user adoption while ensuring scalable, compliant solutions across global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Familiarity with data governance principles or ETL mapping and system validation (21 CFR Part 11).
• Understanding of PLM, ERP, or R&D systems and cross-system workflows across PLM and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into BRDs/FRDs and end-user deliverables.
• Map cross-system processes spanning PLM and SAP and ensure data integrity.
• Drive change management and user adoption through SOP updates and training.
• Manage project plans for system enhancements and deliver test scripts and process maps.
