Job summary

RESPEC seeks a seasoned Business/Process Engineer to bridge engineering operations, enterprise platforms, and organizational change management. You will map end‑to‑end workflows, lead gap analyses, and design target state PLM/ALM architectures across hardware and software lifecycles.

The role interfaces with engineering, compliance, and system integrators to ensure traceability, governance, and sustainable solutions for national laboratory programs at Albuquerque, NM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT with 10–15 years (Principal) or 15+ years (Expert) in business architecture or process engineering.
• Deep domain exposure to DOE/NNSA National Laboratories and high‑consequence defense facilities.

Responsibilities

• Capture current‑state engineering workflows and map data flows across PLM/ALM environments.
• Lead gap analyses and design future‑state process architectures with governance.
• Define requirements, traceability and governance models for enterprise software assets.
• Bridge requirements between engineering leads, compliance stakeholders, and system integrators.
• Produce process documentation, change management materials, and training support.
