Job summary

RESPEC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance / Test / O&M Specialist to support Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. You will lead QA initiatives, establish test frameworks, and oversee operational readiness for PLM, ALM, and Digital Thread systems in a DOE environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering with 5–15 years QA/IT O&M experience
• DOE/DoD or federal enterprise IT environments with formal compliance testing and controlled release
• Security-focused testing and familiarity with regulatory standards

Responsibilities

• Establish test plans, validation protocols, and QA frameworks for enterprise system upgrades and software integrations.
• Coordinate functional, performance, and regression testing across engineering releases.
• Oversee O&M readiness, deployment checklists, cutover execution, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure interfaces and data transfers meet security and operational guidelines.
• Support PLM/ALM upgrades and testing activities, including post-deployment verification.
• Develop and execute test plans, diagnose issues, and validate fixes with development teams.
