Job summary

Los Alamos National Laboratory seeks a PLM solutions architect to lead strategic implementation of PLM in a complex, highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will drive MPMLink adoption to increase efficiency and streamline information management across engineering, manufacturing, and as-built operations.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting PLM solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of lifecycle states: as-designed, as-planned, as-built.
• Ability to translate policy and requirements into system configurations.
• Experience managing technical projects and leading small teams.

Responsibilities

• Map requirements to PLM capabilities and drive deployment.
• Lead MPMLink integration to support shop floor activities.
• Plan configurations for MPMLink workflows and interfaces.
• Collaborate with production teams to tailor solutions.
• Provide leadership and training for MPMLink deployment.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate PLM integration with MES and other systems.
