Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience programming PLCs in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
Demonstrated experience with HMI/SCADA system development and integration.
Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
Experience with robotic systems and vision systems integration.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define control system requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of PLC hardware and software.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
