Job summary

H 2 O Innovation in Ramsey, MN is seeking a Senior Programmer, Automation and Controls to design, program, and deploy PLC-based automation solutions for client installations. You will develop ST logic, create HMIs, and support testing and deployment end-to-end in industrial environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PLC programming, strong ST skills, good technical writing, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software upgrades; you’ll work closely with engineers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PLC programming experience.
• Proficient in Structured Text (ST) and PLC logic.
• Able to write clear technical documents.
• Experience with hardware/software upgrades for automation.
• Design user-friendly HMIs.
• Strong problem-solving and testing skills.

Responsibilities
