Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman license with 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Proficient in PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and reading blueprints/schematics.
• Strong fault-finding, safety mindset, and reliability.
• Able to work up to 12‑hour shifts and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment across manufacturing lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule.
• Install/align new equipment; improve safety, quality and reliability.
• Lead audit items and drive cost-effective maintenance programs.
• Communicate repair steps, parts, and timelines to plant staff.
