Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
• Electrical engineering background
• Basic electrical circuit design with tools such as OrCAD, AutoCAD, PSpice, Xilinx/Altera FPGA/EPLD
• PLC programming design (Siemens, Allen Bradley, OMRON, etc.)
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar analysis tools
• Project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Advance business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
• Conceptual and detailed design using OrCAD, AutoCAD, PSpice, Xilinx/Altera FPGA/EPLD development systems; firmware development with PLCs.
• Testing and data analysis using MATLAB, Python, etc.; prototype testing and system integration.
• Collaborates with mechanical, software, systems and manufacturing engineers for seamless integration.
• Develops assembly/test procedures and service manuals.
• Partners with suppliers to ensure design requirements are met.
• Addresses and resolves product issues through product phases.
• Leads and oversees projects from initiation to completion.
