Job summary
U.S. Fusion Energy in Illinois seeks an experienced Electrical/Controls Engineer to design and implement PLC-based control systems and electrical hardware for advanced stellarator fusion projects.
You will create detailed electrical documentation, integrate field instrumentation, and support installation and commissioning of control panels. A Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Controls Engineering with 5+ years in automation and PLC design is required, along with proficiency in AutoCAD
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Controls Engineering.
- 5+ years in industrial automation and PLC design.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement PLC-based control systems and electrical hardware for fusion applications.
