Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Senior PLC Programming and Automation Development Engineer to lead end-to-end automation projects across ABB, Emerson, Allen-Bradley, and Schneider platforms.

You will design control systems, develop HMIs, implement robust networking, and ensure OT cybersecurity compliance while supporting FAT, SAT, startup, and on-site commissioning. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of industrial automation experience.
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI development on major platforms.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, startup, and on-site support.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networking and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• PLC programming and automation development on multiple platforms.
• HMI design, control logic, alarming, trending, and system integration.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial protocols and networks.
• Design control system architecture including PLCs, HMIs, relays and processors.
• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Ensure OT cybersecurity and secure remote access compliance.
