Job summary
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Phoenix, AZ to diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems up to 480 VAC and troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, and related controls. You will interpret schematics, perform energized diagnostics with proper safety, and collaborate with teams on reliability improvements.
The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, high school diploma or GED, and strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical training, industrial maintenance certification, electrical training or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
- Interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and control documentation.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, and field devices; repair mechanical components as needed.
- Safely perform energized diagnostics under approved safety procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize downtime.
