Job summary

Lake of the Torches Resort Casino in Lac du Flambeau, WI invites a results-driven Player Development Manager to lead daily operations of the Player Development and Players Club and to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.

You will report to the Director of Marketing, manage hosts and team members, ensure exceptional guest service, and execute marketing programs and events to support profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in casino marketing or related operations.
• Experience with player development, loyalty programs, and guest services.
• Ability to manage budgets, promotions and player relationship marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of Player Development and Players Club with focus on guest satisfaction and controls.
• Manages personnel, hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations and coaching.
• Develops strategies for premier player acquisition and retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Coordinates promotions, events, and marketing initiatives with Director of Marketing.
• Monitors activity, promotions results, and financial performance to meet profitability goals.
