Job summary

Morgan Stanley, EquityZen platform team is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead platform initiatives within the EquityZen Wealth Management Platforms, based in New York City. You will work closely with design, engineering, and senior leadership to deliver complex, user-centric products and execute the company roadmap.

The role emphasizes writing specs, conducting UAT and A/B tests, and delivering timely releases while collaborating across departments to gather feedback and drive platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Manager experience, preferably in tech startup.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Technology, Finance, or Economics.
• Fintech/Wealthtech or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience translating vision into actionable product roadmaps with senior leadership.
• Strong user-centered design, ability to wireframe, and collaboration with engineering/UI/UX.
• Proficient in running A/B tests and analyzing data to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Work on complicated, time-sensitive initiatives to advance the EquityZen platform.
• Partner with design and engineering to build accessible, user-centric products.
• Collaborate with senior product leadership to execute the company roadmap.
• Write detailed specs, manage execution, conduct UAT, A/B tests, wireframes, and rollout strategies.
• Provide support for platform incidents and training for releases.
• Create technical and external-facing docs including API specs and integration guides.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and inform product ideas.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Compliance and other teams to shape product stories.
