Fastly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Platform Security to drive internal trust and identity infrastructure, focusing on scalable authentication and access control systems.

You will shape the architecture and lead critical initiatives across security and product teams. Ideal candidates bring strong Linux and distributed systems experience, proficiency in Go/Python/Rust, and hands-on use of Terraform, Vault, Consul, and Chef.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a technical capacity as an individual contributor focusing on trust and identity infrastructure.
• Strong systems engineering background with Linux, networking, and distributed systems experience.
• Experience with modern programming languages (Go, Python, Rust) and infrastructure tooling (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Chef).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear technical documentation.
