Job summary

Nomura, via Instinet, seeks an experienced Senior Platform Sales professional to drive growth with institutional asset managers, hedge funds, and quant trading firms. You will originate new business and deepen strategic relationships across Instinet’s platform.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in institutional equity sales, strong knowledge of U.S. equity markets, trading workflows, and algorithmic execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in institutional equity sales or related capital markets.
• Strong relationships with buy-side desks, hedge funds, and quantitative firms.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Grow execution revenues across products with institutional clients.
• Build senior-level relationships with heads of trading, PMs, quant teams, and electronic trading decision makers.
• Work with product teams to communicate client feedback and influence platform evolution.
• Maintain understanding of market structure, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings.
• Partner with global colleagues to deliver coordinated coverage for multinational clients.
