Job summary

SentiLink is hiring a Software/Platform Engineer to join the SRE team. You will write production code, profile services, and debug across the stack to improve reliability and efficiency.

You will collaborate with backend and product teams, tackle performance bottlenecks, and help build tooling for better observability and cost control. This role supports remote work with some in‑office options across the US.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years software development, backend or SRE related roles.
• Strong coding in Python or Go and production-debugging experience.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL) and query tuning experience.
• Observability/monitoring experience with Datadog, CloudWatch, or Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and ship production-grade code across multiple services.
• Debug performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability.
• Profile services under load and optimize APIs and data access.
• Contribute to incident response, runbooks, and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with US-based teams and align with business goals.
