Datemil Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure, Platform, and Site Reliability Engineering teams in a hybrid Florida-based role.

You will maintain high availability, monitor health, respond to incidents, and drive long-term fixes across cloud and on-prem environments. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering, strong Linux and cloud skills (AWS, GCP, Azure), scripting in Python/Bash/Go, and hands-on with CI/CD,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Site Reliability, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with Linux systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Strong scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability of production systems across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, uptime, and performance; respond to incidents and outages.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes to improve reliability.
• Design and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support platform engineering, APIs, data systems, and secure deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Data teams to design reliable systems.
