Qualifications

• Senior hands-on engineer with software development, systems engineering and prod ops.
• Proven ability to operate distributed services at scale and automate toil.
• Strong troubleshooting across Linux, infrastructure, cloud, and network layers.
• Independent technical leader who mentors others and drives incident follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own application operations and production support for services in AWS and container environments.
• Drive production readiness for new services, including provisioning, monitoring and runbooks.
• Build scripts and workflows to reduce toil and improve incident response.
• Improve observability and incident workflows to reduce MTTD/MTTR.
• Lead on-call and post-incident reviews with corrective actions.
