Qualifications

• Deep expertise in reliability engineering for distributed systems.
• Experience defining SLO/SLA frameworks for mission-critical systems at scale.
• Proven track record architecting resilience across cloud-native environments.
• Experience with regulated financial or high-trust systems.
• Ability to influence architectural direction across large organizations.
• Strong observability and production validation strategies.
• Experience embedding AI/ML-driven validation in engineering productivity.
