Qualifications

• Able to convert ambiguity into focused plans for multi-team projects.
• Strong technical depth: coordinate large engineering efforts and manage risks.
• Experience defining OKRs and roadmaps for complex programs.
• Leadership in experimental teams with data-driven prioritization.
• Proficient in UX/UI paradigms and driving fast iteration cycles.
• Experience presenting to executives to gain alignment and support.
