Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Product Management to lead a small, nimble product team responsible for building a cohesive platform across hosting, compute, CI/CD, data and real-time ML. The role focuses on defining what to build, sequencing a unified roadmap, and driving adoption across partner teams.

You will work closely with EDD and engineering partners, translating complex tradeoffs for executives while mentoring PMs and maturing the platform product function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management
• 4+ years leading platform, infrastructure, or developer products
• Hands-on depth across cloud infrastructure, hosting/compute, CI/CD, data/telemetry, and real-time ML
• Intake and roadmap muscle with prioritization
• Adoption and go-to-market chops for internal platforms
• Executive communication with VPs/SVPs
• Ambiguity tolerance and influence without authority

Responsabilités

• Define how the platform decides what to build and in what order
• Consolidate initiatives into a single ruthlessly sequenced roadmap
• Collaborate with hosting/compute, CI/CD, developer tooling, AI control plane, data/telemetry
• Maintain a single view of initiatives across teams to avoid duplication
• Own the adoption narrative and drive real milestone uptake
• Conduct discovery interviews with platform use case owners
• Translate technical work into clear narratives for executives
• Mentor PMs and grow the platform product team
