Job summary

AcuityMD is redefining how MedTech data and AI insights power platform decisions. As Senior Platform Product Manager, you will shape data assets, products, and AI-enabled features that resonate with customers and drive adoption across segments.

You will collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams to deliver impact at scale. You will lead with empathy for users, balance short- and long-term bets, and obsess over metrics to improve business outcomes while pushing the boundaries of

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in vertical B2B.
1+ years leading and building AI solutions.
Experience building complex data products in cross-functional teams.
Hands-on technical experience with data and AI tools.
Strong grasp of discovery, prioritization, metrics, and go-to-market alignment.
Experience delivering AI-powered features with LLMs.

Responsibilities

Own shared agent capabilities to improve AcuityAI and ship features.
Prototype, test and deliver new agentic capabilities with cross-functional teams.
Drive discovery by partnering with customers, product marketing, and other teams.
Integrate AI effectively using LLMs and automation where they create user value.
Communicate clearly and drive a data-driven roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Balance short- and long-term bets toward a compelling product vision.
Own key metrics to measure and improve product outcomes.
Uphold high standards of integrity, curiosity, and ambition for users and the business.
