Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Senior Platform Integration & Architecture Manager to provide senior SETA systems engineering and technical integration support for enterprise software development platforms within the Ground Enterprise Directorate. You will lead architecture, DevSecOps toolchains, CI/CD, automation, and secure multi-domain development environments to enable software delivery across the enterprise.

The role requires deep technical architecture expertise and systems engineering leadership,

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.
Extensive experience architecting or integrating complex software platforms.
Experience across multiple security domains.
Knowledge of DevSecOps environments and modern software development practices.
Ability to advise senior government stakeholders on architecture and risk.

Responsibilities

Lead SETA systems engineering, architecture, and integration for enterprise software development platforms.
Advise government leadership on platform architecture, modernization, security, and risk.
Assess platforms, environments, tools, and approaches for secure, scalable solutions.
Identify dependencies and modernization opportunities; propose solutions and plans.
Develop and evaluate system architectures, designs, and roadmaps; produce technical documentation.
Coordinate activities across government organizations, development teams, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Mentor technical personnel and lead engineering reviews.
