• Technically lead cross‑functional engineering teams for AI acceleration system hardware from definition to production.
• Collaborate with power, mechanical, firmware, PCB layout and design stakeholders to deliver high quality products.
• Drive technical definition/architecture and resolve issues across development phases.
• Define product requirements with SOC architects and business units, targeting cost and performance goals.
• Publish design documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead validation, bring‑up, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth volume production.
