Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering management experience.
Experience leading distributed or offshore engineering teams.
Strong .NET / C# background.
Experience with microservices architectures.
Experience building distributed systems.
Event-driven architecture expertise.
API design and integration experience.
Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
Agile leadership experience.
Sprint planning and capacity planning experience.
Team coaching and mentorship experience.
Technical design review and architectural leadership experience.
Strong delivery and execution mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead two engineering teams consisting of approximately 10 engineers.
Drive engineering execution, planning, and delivery.
Participate in architecture and system design discussions.
Coach engineers and technical leads.
Improve software quality and development practices.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership.
Support modernization efforts and platform scalability initiatives.
Build strong collaboration between U.S. and offshore teams.
Establish metrics and accountability frameworks.
