A rapidly growing SaaS organization serving the financial services industry is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to join its expanding technology leadership team. This full-time position is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with a hybrid schedule of three days per week onsite. The role will lead teams responsible for mission-critical platform services built on .NET, microservices, cloud infrastructure, APIs, event-driven systems, and integration technologies.

- 5+ years of software engineering management experience

- Lead two engineering teams consisting of approximately 10 engineers
- Drive engineering execution, planning, and delivery
- Participate in architecture and system design discussions

- Support modernization efforts and platform scalability initiatives
- Build strong collaboration between U.S. and offshore teams

The Offer
- Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000
