Job summary

Maximus is seeking an accomplished technical leader to own the lifecycle engineering of CRM/ERP platforms, including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. You will set the program’s engineering vision, ensure security and compliance, and guide multi‑team delivery across the enterprise.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize capabilities, manage budgets, and drive platform modernization while building high‑performing teams and enforcing governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience on large, complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior/executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical risk management for the program, including architectural, security, performance, and integration risks.
• Define and own the Program engineering vision and architecture across systems and platforms.
• Drive alignment between solution, systems, and platform engineering teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead technical decision making for scope changes, tradeoffs, and risk mitigation.
