Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished IT Infrastructure Leader to architect and drive modern infrastructure and cloud platforms supporting rapid growth. You will oversee datacenters, hybrid cloud environments, and core IT systems while ensuring security, scalability, and governance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12+ years IT experience with leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale IT projects.
• Expertise in datacenter management and cloud services.
• Understanding of hypervisors, automation/orchestration of PaaS and IaaS cloud services.
• Experience managing hybrid cloud services.
• Successful leadership experience in a highly-matrixed environment.
• Recruiting, building, developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and delivery of modern infrastructure and cloud platforms that support the company’s growth and technology roadmap.
• Drive large-scale platform and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the engineering and operational excellence of datacenters, hybrid cloud environments, core IT systems, and cloud-based services.
• Implement strong governance and compliance practices across infrastructure and platform domains.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and IT operations teams.
• Build strong partnerships with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
