Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform & Service Reliability Manager to lead cloud platform management, incident response, and continuous service improvements across Azure-based environments and managed services. You will own roadmaps, drive IaC adoption, cost analysis, and governance to ensure reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience required.
• Preferred certifications include AZ-305, AZ-400, ITIL 4 MP, FinOps, SC-100, CISSP or other comparable cloud/security credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a roadmap for continuous improvement across cloud platforms and managed services.
• Facilitates performance optimization and cost analysis to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
• Recommends and implements solutions to address health trends, gaps, and audits.
• Partners with MSPs and development teams to ensure continuous availability of critical applications.
• Leads all aspects of the cloud solution lifecycle from planning to transition to support teams.
• Drives service improvement by root cause analysis and remediation with engineering teams.
