Job summary

G MASS seeks an experienced Alternatives Operations professional to support lifecycle management of private debt and private equity investments across a growing platform. You will own settlement processing, asset servicing, cash management and accounting workflows for complex loans, collaborating with investment teams and external counterparties.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifecycle management of private debt and private equity investments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Experience coordinating with Front Office, Legal, Finance and custodians.
• Knowledge of loan-based products and related accounting implications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely settlement and day-to-day operational management of private debt and private equity investments across deal facilitation, settlement processing, income accounting and cash wire controls.
• Support asset lifecycle activities including asset setup, ticket preparation, settlement confirmation oversight, reconciliations and vaulting requests.
• Manage physical security registrations and support complex debt restructurings, amendments and refinancing events.
• Coordinate loan agency activity including drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations and covenant events.
• Review and maintain lifecycle accounting events (P&I, fees, expenses, capital calls, distributions).
• Collaborate with Front Office, Legal, Finance and external custodians/administrators to ensure operational integrity and controls.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of loan-based products (term loans, revolvers, delayed draws, private debt/equity).
• Understand accounting implications of asset lifecycle events and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Operate in a controlled, detail-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced alternatives platform.
• Work effectively in a client-facing environment.
