Job summary

The Trade Desk seeks a seasoned technologist to lead and shape a global partner-facing platform. You will steer architecture, coach engineers, and deliver scalable systems spanning GraphQL, REST, and frontend components, while partnering with product and design to align roadmap.

You will contribute hands-on with TypeScript/React and C#/.NET, drive API consistency, security, and observability, and propagate best practices across teams in a fast-paced advertising tech environment.

Qualifications

• Leading complex, high-impact software initiatives from definition through production operation.
• Experience leading engineers and growing senior engineers.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms, service-oriented architecture.
• Designing durable APIs - GraphQL federation and REST.
• Frontend development with TypeScript, React, monorepos.
• Proficiency in C# and TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision and roadmap for partner-facing platform.
• Lead scalable platform spanning GraphQL, REST, SDKs, frontend components.
• Contribute through prototypes and production code in TS/React and C#/.NET.
• Establish standards for API consistency, security, observability.
