Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience building distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Python, or C# with disciplined SCM workflows.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or GitLab), Amazon EKS, and observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, OpenTelemetry).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Amazon EKS self-service functionalities and scalable, multi-tenant environments.
• Help implement observability standards to expose end-to-end request paths and policies across environments.
• Provide approachable docs and diagnostics to shorten support loops.
• Support code lifecycle and migrations with telemetry and proactive pruning of unused resources.
• Build automated policies and processes to ensure good code deployment practices and code hygiene.
