Job summary

The Office of the Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer in Washington, DC. You will design, improve, and support key ServiceNow applications including CMDB, ITSM, EAM, and ITOM to support mission-critical operations.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence several times a month, timely responses to emergencies, and readiness to travel as needed, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
