This Staff engineer role focuses on turning enterprise infrastructure into self‑service software, replacing manual consoles with API‑driven platforms and self‑service portals. You will own core platform components end‑to‑end, shipping abstractions around Okta, Jamf, and Terraform while collaborating across teams to scale internal systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and operating production software at a technology company.
• Proficient in Go, Python, and TypeScript; produce production-grade code.
• Hands-on IAM experience (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) with Terraform and CI/CD.
• Experience treating endpoint or infrastructure configuration as an API-driven surface.
• A platform-as-a-product mindset; able to ship usable interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage device fleet as code via versioned, API-driven infrastructure.
• Automate identity layer and connections to apps as code; CI/CD integrated.
• Own app delivery and IaC; build deployment pipelines and provisioning patterns.
• Build self-service APIs, CLIs, and portals for automated access control.
• Own domain end-to-end from design through production; write RFCs and docs.
