Job summary

mogul is seeking a sharp, product-minded developer to build and scale the first of its kind residential platform that changes how people invest in real estate. You will own features across the stack, from acquisitions to investor platform, and work with the CTO to ship enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Qualifications

3+ years full-stack experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript for frontend and backend.
Experience with Next.js and NestJS in production.
Ability to learn fast and work independently in a startup.
On-site NYC work preference or relocation ability.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain core features across the Next.js frontend and NestJS backend.
Write clear, maintainable TypeScript code.
Contribute to infrastructure decisions as we scale on Docker.
Review pull requests, write technical specs, shape engineering culture.
Collaborate with Operations to automate the property lifecycle.
Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Debug performance issues and keep platform resilient.
Support data-driven product decisions with rapid iteration.
