This is an autonomous, hands-on opportunity to join an early-stage engineering team at a pivotal point in its growth. You’ll be joining a VC-backed, hyper-growth technology company operating at the intersection of software, AI, and real estate. With proven product-market fit, significant funding, and ambitious plans for the future, this is a small, highly driven team where your work will have a genuine and visible impact.

You’ll have ownership across the full stack, making key architectural decisions, building scalable infrastructure, and automating complex operational processes. Working directly with the CTO, you’ll tackle challenging problems and develop solutions that have previously been considered too difficult to automate.

This role would suit a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in an early-stage environment, enjoys autonomy, and wants the opportunity to play a key role in shaping both the technology and engineering culture of a rapidly growing company.

The Role:

• Build and maintain core features across a Next.js frontend and NestJS backend, working primarily in TypeScript
• Own technical and architectural decisions while helping build a scalable, production-grade platform
• Work closely with Operations and Supply teams to replace manual workflows with intelligent, automated systems
• Improve developer workflows, CI/CD and infrastructure using Docker and GitHub Actions
• Report directly to the CTO with significant autonomy and the opportunity for long-term progression with the company
• Work in a team where quality, speed, ownership and measurable impact are genuinely valued

The Candidate:

• Full Stack Software Engineering experience with strong TypeScript expertise across both frontend and backend
• Proven experience building production-grade applications using Next.js and NestJS
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Ability to work on-site in New York
