Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior technology leader to own program engineering integrity across CRM, ERP, and platform systems. You will guide architecture, ensure contractual compliance, and drive modernization with DevSecOps and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Progressive experience in enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms, application portfolios, or technical teams.
• Experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM and ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, identity, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, professional services, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract/program engineering integrity, feasibility and quality of all solutions.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet contractual requirements, SLAs and compliance.
• Lead technical decision making for scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Document scope changes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Act as senior technical interface with Program customers during reviews and briefings.
• Ensure tracking and transparency of technical work, schedule and meetings.
• Set expectations for technical rigor and engineering discipline.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive alignment between solution, systems and platform teams.
• Ensure dependencies on third party providers are understood and documented.
