Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or STEM field preferred.
• Excellent programming skills in Python and Java.
• Strong experience with CI/CD and shipping reliable code.

Responsibilities

• Design partnership with development teams for robust and maintainable architectures.
• Advocate golden paths and align platform standards with real-world needs.
• Bridge product teams and Platform Engineering to define shared capabilities.
• Mentor engineers on architectural principles and trade-offs.
• Conduct hands-on technical due diligence and design reviews.
• Stay current with technologies and translate requirements into architecture.
