Job summary

Acrisure is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Data in Austin, onsite four days per week. The role focuses on unifying data across the enterprise using a data foundation with Palantir Foundry, AIP, and Ontology to power analytics and reporting.

You’ll build data pipelines and reusable data models, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to translate KPIs into scalable technical solutions. Strong cloud, Databricks, and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in software or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python/Scala/Java.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise data platforms or data-intensive applications.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable data engineering patterns for onboarding new data sources.
• Design and implement automated data management processes for quality, security, and governance.
