Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field required.
• 5+ years cloud-native web apps/microservices with Golang, Terraform, and serverless tech (AWS Lambda, AppSync, ECS/EKS).
• 3+ years building event-driven systems with Kafka, SQS, or SNS.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into software workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core components of the Common Services Platform and/or Solutions for scalable, secure, cloud-native deployments.
• Partner with Product Management to understand requirements and contribute to sprint planning.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end functionality with clear integration points and infrastructure.
• Develop POCs and prototypes to test ideas and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices and career growth.
• Influence system design to ensure high-quality, timely delivery at scale.
